I guess not the whole plane was moving up and down, but just the wingtips.These lighttracks are from the nav-lights, which are mounted on the wingtips. So either the aircraft made small banks to correct the course or it was a bit shaken by turbulences which forced the flexy wings to swing.Just my 2c.Wolfgang
