FS Nav 4.6.....missing ILS

Featured Replies

Would someone please confirm or deny that KBGR, Bangor Maine, is missing the ILS and frequency markers, on the map. I can not find them. Have reloaded and they still are missing.ThanksChris

For sure I have ILS on Rway 15 and 33 with freq. markers as well.Regards Johan

If it is missing from fsnav, did you update the database? Once you do that, fsnav and fs2004 should have the same information.

Thanks for checking. I don't know why my map does not show that info. Everything else around it is fine. I wonder if it would have anything to do with a FS2K2 scenery program for Bangor Airport? Will remove it and re-install 4.6 and see what happens. Thanks Johan.Chris

Hi Chris,There is no need to remove your addon, but when you run FSNAVDBC: exclude your addon from the database and you will be fine, supposed your addon uses the same parameters FS2004 does.Hope this will help you out.Cheers!Johan

Johan:Now I'm stumped. I uninstalled 4.6 last night, and then deleted the folder to be sure no corrupt info was left behind. I uninstalled the Bangor scenery file and also deleted the folder for the same reason. Reinstalled 4.6 and Bangor ILS markers and frequency listings were still not there. I D/L 4.6 again and did a re-install thinking maybe I was missing a data file in the original D/L. Still missing. I'm going to see if I can find 4.5 again and copy the data files into 4.6.I really don't know where to go from here. ThanksChris

Here is Helge's response to an e-mail about the missing info. Looks like I need to dig into my scenery files."Nothing is in the program. FSNavigator uses only the data in your installedFlight Simulator scenerys.I have this with FS2004 tested and Rwy 15/33 have an both ends a ILS."Regards,Helge SchroederFSNavigator teamExcellent response and support from FS Navigatgor.
