October 16, 201015 yr In the FS9 mode of ASE, I still have the constant ground haze at FL 250 for example. I have the latest version that was supposed to have corrected this FS9 issue. Any suggestions? Halfway through my flight, I ended ASE and fired up AS 6.5, which gave me clear ground terrain for the rest of the flight. Is the FS9 mode in ASE still broken?!?
October 18, 201015 yr I am seeing constant haze at high altitude with b625 in FSX...well, almost constant...it 'flashes' to clear for a minute or 2, then gradually falls back to haze which repeats every 10-15 mins throughout the cruise....it was better for a while before 625 but the same issue seems to have made it's way back. Sorry.Rob. System specs: Dual core E6300 (1.86g X 2), 2gb RAM, nvidea7800GT, Saitek yoke, CH throttle (6 lever), Soundblaster live.Add-ons: FSX: LDS767, FSL Concorde, FT E175/195, PMDG 747X/737X, Active Sky E, some freeware airports.Human specs: Desktop simulation since FS1, beta tester (LDS, FSL), 737NG simulator tech (Threshold Aviation), r sole+.
October 18, 201015 yr Hi Rob,You are the first B625 user to report this. What are you using for your sky and cloud textures?
October 18, 201015 yr Hi Rob,You are the first B625 user to report this. What are you using for your sky and cloud textures?Default textures and sky on a near virgin FSX install. No REX or GEX or TEX...tures changed :-)Like most difficult issues it is intermittent...the clouds disappear then re-appear a couple seconds later, intermittently, every 10-15 mins...then it's stable for 20 mins...sometimes, then every couple minutes it flashes clear and rebuilds the clouds. Hard to say if it is triggered when weather is updating. October 18, 201015 yr Hi,If ASE is in Standard Mode, then it is possible to see this. This is going to be a con of that mode.
