I bought and downloaded the PSS 330 and 340, and have tried 4 times to install it. It gets SO far, and the download aborts and can't complete. Got as far as 6 out of 7 files, and the NavData didn't complete. What kind of download is this? I've never had a problem with Payware before. Why does it have to go through all that separate file downloading? Are any of you having the same problem? I have Cable Modem, and this is bull____! Stan

Hi Stan,Can't say I've had this problem with any of their products but since the 330/340 is a new release, maybe the servers are getting bogged down. Have you tried to post this on the PSS forum? I, for one, am going to wait until the initial spree is over before I download it hopefully avoiding download issues.You may not want to use expletives if you are looking for support from PSS. This has already been stated in the PSS Support Forum. You might experience problems during the downloading because of the "mad rush" for the A330/A340. Like John said the servers are getting bogged down from everyone trying to download the files at one time.

Yes.Tried to install my original downloaded files, and now it says my e-mail and password are incorrect. I've never had this many problems since buying software for MSFS. Stan

Well I'm pretty Sure your Not the Only one Downloading it from the Site I'm gonna go out on a limb a say there has to be a Major load on the serversAs for not being able to log in Well if it crashes on the Download chance are you can't Login either I Myself Downloaded it late last Night and to this Point have only had the Problem with a Livery not intalling Everything Else is BUG FREE So calm down have a beer and try it again If it Doesn't work Today it's Not the end of the WorldYou Will get it Installed PATIENCE
