September 24, 200322 yr I can't get the Yaw Damper switches to work and remove the YD Flags in the instrument.Anyone had any luck with them?

September 25, 200322 yr Author On my panel, the overhead icon is to the right of the last icon that was there previously. Didn't cover up any other icon. :-hmmmHad a business engagement last night. Couldn't fly due to the 8 hour rule. :-lol Tonight, maybe. I'm also working with jd of Radar Contact to work out a problem I'm having with RC, FS ATC, and the ERJ.
September 25, 200322 yr Author To get the yaw dampers to work in FS9 you have to edit the aircraft.cfg file (I think that's the one, if not it's the panel.cfg). Where the Yaw Damper is listed as "=0" change to "=1". This works on any a/c you bring over from FS2002. After you choose the a/c in FS9, close out FS9 and edit the file. When you go back to FS9 the yaw dampers work....
