Yep, I'm pleased alright. Hadn't this been for Henry himself I'd have myself a very empty EGTN (and all of the other airports I use to fly VFR)! For a while it seemed very ironic to the GA and bizjet flyers that we didn't have any similar aircraft. Sure, there are several airline and military traffic to accompany, but without the availability of GA aircraft you'll feel pretty lonely in the sky. Dave.

Dave Gregory, Tom Tiedman here. I take exception to your labeling me a pirate concerning Henry Tomkiewicz' freeware models. If you read the "legal stuff" in ALL of his freeware read-me's, you will see Henry's statement, and I quote... "This aircraft is freeware. All repaints, ENHANCEMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS ARE WELCOME, but must remain free. No exceptions.". I have enhanced and modified these freeware models by making them flyable, and in most cases adding engine exhaust smoke. I have always respected Henry's instructions, in that my modifications and enhancements have always remained freeware. Henry's pre-approved permission to modify and enhance has always been acknowledged by me in my read-me's. I have never heard from Henry regarding any of my modifications to his freeware aircraft. I would never purposely pirate anyone's work, as my nearly 100 uploads to the sim community so far have proven. My good name in the community is paramount to me, and quite frankly, I work very hard to provide repaints and modifications to the community, always free of charge, in hopes of bringing some added joy to member's love of aviation, the same love of aviation that I share with all of you, simply out of the goodness of my heart. If this makes me a pirate in your eyes, well then... guilty as charged. Sincerely, Tom Tiedman

Thank you for your kind words, Dave Perry! I plan to continue as I have been doing so far, and I certainly welcome any constructive critisism of my work, as that can only improve my work. My computer knowledge is so feeble in my old age that I'm afraid repaints and smoke effects are all I've been able to learn so far, which means, of course, that I respect the heck out of the designers who work so hard and are knowledgable enough to actually build an entire aircraft for Flight Sim, and Henry Tomkiewicz is certainly among them in my eyes! Well Tom. you can do a heck of alot more than i can lol. i tried building a giant airport out in the middle of northern canada once just to see if i could do it. i could fly in and out using ils and all that but it was not very pretty to say the least. so i leave the fancy stuff to the guys that have the time and knowledge to do it and enjoy flying in my own way.
