October 11, 200322 yr Hi AllAs you can see in the shots I have these problems.I am not able to see the textures of VC and the cockpit.there is no texture available for cockpit! Is it my problem or posky problem?Regardtouradg
October 11, 200322 yr if I ain't mistaken the VC textures are a separate download...You'll have to hang tight though as the POSKY forums are currently down.
October 11, 200322 yr and I have an another, very serous problem with it...It uses FSSound.dll and thats poison for my FS9 :(Immediatly after couple minutes the computer crashed with a blue screen of death, which 'surprisingly' happens often only when FSSound.dll is in the modules folder and especially true when an addon uses it.No use for me :(
October 11, 200322 yr hiIt seems that you have the same problem?I think they forgot to include the textures!Touradg
October 11, 200322 yr hi FishuI had the same problem.I reinstall both fs and Directx9 and now it is ok!i guess reinstalling DX9 Will solve your problem ,i don't know why!!Touradg
October 11, 200322 yr Read through this thread. Might be some solutions in there for your issues.http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho..._id=89798&page=
October 11, 200322 yr HIHe said don't forget to download vc textures.where are those textures?i didn't find them in library!Touradg
October 11, 200322 yr They didn't forget to add them. They're a seperate download. Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
October 11, 200322 yr All I gotta say is she is a real beauty. Thank you so much POSky!!!I downloaded the FS9 A332 and the VC textures and installed them properly, so the plane itself and the VC are perfectly fine. However, I took Sherv's suggestion and downloaded Eric's A330 panel WITHOUT replacing the panel.cfg in the A330, however I am getting nothing but a black screen with gauges scattered all over when I'm in the cockpit view.Any ideas why this may be happening? Could they possibly not be compatible?Regards
October 11, 200322 yr in each aircrafts folder i put this neat little thing called a readme. ;)READ IT Gary Hayes http://members.cox.net/gary_posky/siggy.gif Gary Hayes My Youtube No i'm not a "real" pilot, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
October 11, 200322 yr Thank you guys for reply.I agree with you it is very beautiful but has some problem with dynamic file!Touradg
October 11, 200322 yr Oops, there is one problem with downloading Eric's panel. The BMP for the main panel is listed differently. There is a solution for this in another thread in this forum. But another alternative is just copy the VC parts of the panel.cfg into the panel.cfg provided in Eric's package.
October 12, 200322 yr Author Sherv,I think I have found another glitch which hasn't been mentioned.Where do you tune your COMM & NAV radios?I have copied the VC sections from the Posky panel.cfg file into Eric's and also copied over the toggle.gau from Eric's gauges folder to the FS9 gauges folder.I can now toggle the overhead panel on but if I toggle the pedestal view I get a black background with all the pedestal gauges, a bit like what would happen if you didn't rename the main.bmp to front.bmpAny suggestions?TIAEDIT:Ooops found the problem.I had copied the VC sections into Eric's panel.cfg but hadn't copied that into FS9 :-doh So the answer is to copy the VC sections from the Posky panel.cfg file into Eric's panel.cfg file and copy 'Toggles.gau' and 'FPDA_A330_Callout.gau' from Eric's gauges folder to the FS9 gauges folder.DO NOT copy Eric's A330.gau over.
