October 16, 200322 yr Recently I downloaded Olson's Viper F-16 and installed as per the instructions.1. Unziped/with folder2. Moved the VIPER folder to the Aircrafts folder within FSim9.3. Copied the effects files and the Gauge files respectively..Then I went into FSim... But I can't see that on my selection list.I have installed many aircrafts..this has never happened.What could I be doing wrong... Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
October 16, 200322 yr Did you follow all the instructions? They also tell you to download and install a specific F-16 panel and though it may be optional, an afterburner effect that is part of another aircraft package. Kirk even gives the links to these two items in his instructions. If the panel is not installed, the aircraft will not show in the menue. Hope this helps. I was some what intimindated by this at first, but believe me, the final result is worth it.Tony

October 17, 200322 yr I didn't install the panel and it works fine. Look for 'Lockheed Martin' in the list and it should appear there provided the plane is correctly installed. It's worth it, as the F-16 is a beautiful bird! Best regards, Chris
October 17, 200322 yr Hi Manny,It's just possible you installed the wrong Viper folder (?!). Expand the Viper folder and see whether there is another folder with the same name. If so, then that's the one you should install in the aircraft folder.Mike

October 18, 200322 yr I have installed the plane and the panel but the HUD and radar screens along with the three round gauges on the far right side of the panel are missing. Anyone else having this problem?Roger Hollands
October 18, 200322 yr Yup.. I have similar problems..When I installed the IAF (Israeli Air Force) paint job... I get a totally black screen with a couple of switches visible..Hmmmm....from outside the Plane..it looks great.. and I love landing this sucker..
