I want to install the GTX 470 card but can not afford now a whole computer change.The question is will I see a "worthy" difference in visuals and/or performance? My current computer setup is:CPU: AMD 4200+ ATHLON 64 x 2 AM2 at 2.2 GHzGraphics card: GT 7950Ram: 3 GB.Thanks,Christos

You will see a difference in that you would be able to run at high resolution with antialiasing and anisotropic filtering cranked up, but overall performance would be about the same. Your CPU is your bottleneck and it will really hold you back. You should see if you can find out what CPUs your motherboard is capable of supporting, and look at getting a Phenom II X6 if it's supported.
