October 22, 200322 yr As far as I know, the old FS2002 module is safe to use with FS9 - I have no problems. Just add the fssound.dll=1 line to the oldmodules section of FS9.cfg and you're good to go.best,sg [email protected] | 32gb RAM | EVGA GTX1080 8gb | Mostly P3Dv5 (also IL2:BoX, DCS, XP11)
October 22, 200322 yr You can find the FSSound.dll at the following link. There is a v1.6.0 beta for FS2004 there. I tried it and had problems though, when using it with the POSKY A320/330 anyway. If you decide to try the beta then remove the FSSound.dll=1 from your {OLDMODULES} section. The latest FS2002 version is there also, it's v1.5.0.2.Jimftp://fssound.hn.org/FSSound/EDIT: Well, I just tried the ftp site after posting this, and it seems to be dead at moment. Hopefully/maybe it will be back up later.
