Does anyone know what could be causing the stars to all blink in unison, even when flying on a cloudless night? It's really an annoying effect and would appreciate any help in getting them to stop blinking.It just occurred to me that I'm also using the EMB bloom effect but after turning it off (using the Shift-F12 key) the blinking continued.

interesting you mention that..are you in directx 10 mode?I am and I noticed that some of my street lights were blinking on/off together.

Nope, DX9 only.I did notice that the stars would begin blinking when I was panning around the cockpit and at certain angles. In other words, when I looked towards the right-rear of the aircraft, it would begin blinking. If I moved the view towards a different direction, such as up or down, or forward again, for example, the blinking would stop. I'll see if I can get a video of this happening and post it here.Thanks for your reply, though!
