POSKY 757 night lighting help

Featured Replies

I downloaded 4 of the new POSKY 757's (Britannia, Dutchbird, Thomas Cook, and Monarch) I have the effects files in the effects folder. At night the right side of these planes do not have the logo light, passenger lights, the light splash on the side of the fuselage, or the nose splash light. And today I tried it out again and I didn't have any of those lights on either side of the plane. Can someone please help me. Maybe it's cause Im using the plane in FS2002? and the lights were made for FS2004? :-hmmm

I have the Britannia livery and I am using the Posky planes in FS2002 without any lighting problems at all, so perhaps your problem resides in your FS2002 settings.Regards,Van LatendresseYeodesigns/AFG GroupPanel/FDE Designer

Ok in my FS2002 hardware section I have the following display cards listed...NVIDIA Geforce2 MX/MX400 and NVIDIA Geforce2 MX/MX400 (.DisplayTU0)If I switch between those choices the night lighting does show. I guess my crappy video card is the problem :-lol I can't wait to get rid of this video card! :-lol

I have had the same problem while searching out why the strobes don't work. If you look at the left side of the plane at night the textures are all there but not on the right. If you reload the plane or switch to another plane and reload the one you were using the textures are there again. I am using a GeForce3 Ti500 video card. This is the only plane on which I have had this problem. Do your strobes work? Bob.

Althought I can get them to work if I switch between those video card choices in the hardware-display section.
