December 13, 201015 yr Curious about their activity around Baker City-KBKE, where it looks like a ribbon placed on a package? Some type of pattern work? Approaches are limited at this airport, what little I know about approaches. And I wouldn't expect them to be utilizing the 5,095' runway? Interesting to look at and say "Huh?".

Looks more like they were doing typical envelope/systems testing in a block around the BKE VOR.
December 14, 201015 yr I heard them flying around there when I was heading North in a King Air. Not sure what they were doing but they were asking for block altitudes and some kind of avionics test at BKE. Chris Miller
