Captain'sOrdered my Captain's set of manuals early Friday morning, and as of Monday afternoon it hadn't shipped.(still being processed). Also, there is now a note at the bottom of my order page ( was NOT there when I ordered) saying my manuals may be shipped in separate packages, because they may be coming from different warehouses. Is there a problem now with shipping and delivery, or maybe a stock problem?? Just asking the forum, are there any other customers in my situation? Personally I would relax at the thought of having years of enjoyment ahead with the NGX and the manuals. Although Im experiencing the exact same thing, I ordered friday night, and now showing processed and that it might ship from multpile destinations. Im up in Canada and selected the lame fedex ground shipping (Total of $300 had a nice ring to it) I would honestly be very surprized if these things show up before the new year. Currently I would suspect the publishers have a bit of a backlog due to the inital rush being bigger then expected. Thus not being shipped on the first available bussiness day, rather I bet both our items are not even printed, and wont be in the hands of the shipper for a coulpe of days. I wouldnt hit the panic button untill its been over a week or so and the item isnt even in transit with UPS or FDX. Even then, concidering the time of year, delays are to be expected in that service.

Just read in one of the 'pinned' topics, (that's why I didn't see it before), that PMDG ran out of stock and don't expect to start shipping again until Wednesday. I wish I knew this before I ordered. Bummer. I knew there was a problem. Let's say mine ships on Wednesday, does anyone know how long to NY? Is my Christmas delivery screwed? Jim,I said in the other thread that the printer expects to have the order backlog totally cleared by tomorrow. Christmas is still 11 days away, pretty sure there's no US shipping option that would take that long to get there. You should get it by then.

Thanks Ryan,For some reason I (mistakenly) read that post as STARTING to ship again on Wednesday, and I was assuming at a worst case scenerio that mine could ship later. I see now that mine will ship tomorrow, Wednesday, which is just fine. Thanks for setting my mind at ease. Too bad PMDG didn't forecast the demand correctly (hard to do, I know), but very glad for PMDG that they were so popular. That should also give you a heads up on how much demand there will be for the 737NGX, I can't even imagine. Jim-They shipped a ton of stuff (almost literally...LOL!) today.You may have shipped today- and you can tell by looking in your account and checking the order itself.If not- you'll likely see the shipping status update tomorrow afternoon. They generally start updating the shipping status at around 3PM PST (5PM CST).
