December 14, 201015 yr Every once in awhile, I get an odd display of my scenery while airborne. A sector of the scenery doesn't fully display - either to one side or in the center. After some period of time, the missing sector will pop in completely. I'm attaching a file showing what I'm referring to (can be seen in the center of the shot - clicking on the image will show it more clearly). Any thoughts on why this may be happening, and how to correct it? Thanks.[DISPLAY.Device.NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275.0]Mode=1680x1050x32TriLinear=1[DISPLAY]RUNWAY_LIGHTS_SURFACE_SCALAR=1.2RUNWAY_LIGHTS_VASI_SCALAR=1.0RUNWAY_LIGHTS_APPROACH_SCALAR=1.0RUNWAY_LIGHTS_STROBE_SCALAR=1.5UPPER_FRAMERATE_LIMIT=0TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40[TERRAIN]TERRAIN_ERROR_FACTOR=100.000000TERRAIN_MIN_DEM_AREA=10.000000TERRAIN_MAX_DEM_AREA=100.000000TERRAIN_MAX_VERTEX_LEVEL=21TERRAIN_TEXTURE_SIZE_EXP=8TERRAIN_AUTOGEN_DENSITY=5TERRAIN_USE_GRADIENT_MAP=1TERRAIN_EXTENDED_TEXTURES=1TERRAIN_DEFAULT_RADIUS=9.0TERRAIN_EXTENDED_RADIUS=4.5TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=4
December 14, 201015 yr Hi," TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=40 " That's much to low for such powerfull cardI am using this with a 8600GX card:TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=200TextureMaxLoad=10Take a look over here: http://forum.avsim.net/topic/281312-texturemaxload-vs-texture-max-load/Hugo
December 14, 201015 yr Author Hugo, I'll take a look at this. But... will it work with my frame rate set to "unlimited"? That's what I've been using and the view has been smooth as silk.

That's what I've been using and the view has been smooth as silk.In any case, it is maybe better to limit your frame rate to 30, 40 or so, giving the processor the chance to do something else, like adapting disk buffers, which will help to get the textures "on time".Rgds,Hugo
December 15, 201015 yr Author TextureMaxLoad=10 seems to be causing a lock-up/freeze. Wonder why? I've set the bandwidth to 200 and locked the framerate at 40.
