ok yes i googled and yes i searched the forum (however its hard when 53,000 entries for lights come up)...I have been trying to get my 2d cockpit from green at night to red. I did manage to do it to my VC but i cant find where the green light is coming from

You can if you're very clever tweak the a/c .cfg file manually. But it is much better if you use either gaugeglow from avsim here or Fs Panel Studio here.I thoroughly recommend Fs Panel Studio. It enables you to completely reconfigure your cockpit. It's worth the money!vololiberista

I got FS panel, can anyone explain the number system or give me a link to a diagram or something so i can put in the right numbers...I know exactly where thats at i just don;t know what numbers to change. Thank you in advance.never mind lol im a moron haha thank you all so much

For possible benefit to anyone else though...The color values are Red, Green, Blue. Each color has a range from 0 to 255 (off to full).By altering the values of RGB, we can produce nearly any color we wish. There are numerous charts available on-line that illustrate the color combinations possible.
