Red/Green Button Problem

Featured Replies

I had to reformat a hard drive and obviously had to reinstall everything. I installed the PMDG 747 and Level D 767 with both FS2Crew. I am using the updated start center but here is where my problems start. When I start either/or the 767/747 the active green button is button 3 on the joystick. I then shut down FSX and open the start center to change the Green button to something else. It does not matter what I change it to, when I start up the 767/747, it is still using the joystick #3 button. I shut down FSX and open the start center to change the buttons, click save, restart FSX and it is still on that joystick #3 button. I have reinstalled the latest joystick drivers and FSX has no problem changing buttons. Any further guidance would be appreciated.

Hi,Make sure you run the Start Center as Admin. To avoid these kinds of issues, I personally recommend all users install Flightsim into an Admin account.I also recommend users turn off User Account Control.Best,
