One post here says the installer for the new DC scenery tries to place it in c/program files(86). sorry for the question but do we need to change this via 'browse' and omit the (86)? Did anyone else encounter this problem? thanks and Merry Christmas

Yeah...it's a canned install path. You want it to match your install directory.For instance, if FSX was installed to c:/FSX - you'd need to point the installer to just c:/FSX

Yep, since I'm running XP, I had to copy/paste from c:/program files(86) to c:/program files and then delete the former.Once installed, it does really improve the area considerably.
