Problems with the Support Portal

Hi,i think there is a problem with the Support Portal, it just doesn't load. There is no way i can enter it. I need to send you a support ticket beacause of an issue with my QRH-delivery (it hasn't arrived yet, possibly because of my own fault). I hope this gets solved quickly.Rgeards,Christopher Vollebtw which category should i choose for the support, billing or product support?

If you have any problems accessing support portal try using different browser (or clearing cache in current one), for me it works great with Chrome.

It's coming up fine here - problem has to be either on your machine or between you and our server - nothing we can really do about either unfortunately.

Chris,If you can't get the support portal to work, send me a PM with the info. I just looked at your order and something weird's going on for sure - there's no tracking info at all when you input the number...

It still doesn't work for me. I can access the portal now but after filling the blanks and pressing "submit ticket" it loads over and over again with now result. So I just sent you and PM. Thank you very much for your help!christopher Volle
