December 28, 201015 yr The problem being that the olive drab camouflage paint job on "Old Crow" appears "muted" with a transparent aluminum overcoat in FSX. This problem doesn't occur in FS2004. Other Shockwave P51 planes work and appear in FSX just as they do in FS2004. I'm at a lost to understand why Old Crow has this problem! Has anyone one else encountered this problem?
December 28, 201015 yr If this is a repaint for the FSX version, you'll have no problems.On the other hand, if this is the FS2004-compatible version of the P-51D, then they wouldn't appear as clear as how the FSX version would look like. That's because FS9 SDK made aircraft are based on bitmaps, which do not reflect spec shine.Dave.
