January 1, 201115 yr Hi,Can anybody help me to understand and/or resolved the issue of a previous version serial number not being accepted. Although I'm prepared to pay for the new version, I would like to take advantage of the discount voucher.My original copy is a DVD purchased from RC Simulations and my last installation was version 5.63 with UK Enhancements (different serial number).The message that I get while attempting registration is as follows: The registration code entered is incorrect or not available for upgrade. Yes, I did use that site by selecting the option within VoxATC menu; but just in case I have also tried the link that you supplied.The serial number that I'm registring is the one given inside the DVD box, so I am sure of supplying the correct one.
