January 3, 201115 yr Hi guys,This one's just for the fella's at PMDG. My computer has died - the HDD has kicked the proverbial bucket and gone to that great PC in the sky. I have ordered a new computer from Dell, which should arrive in a couple of weeks. Until then, I have no flight sim (sob, sob)! Given that I will have a brand new computer and don't have backups of my downloaded products, could I please request that my account be reset or whatever is required so I can simply re-download and install my products on my new computer? It would really save me a lot of stress.Given these recent events and the fact I will have a new and very powerful computer (think i-7 processor, 12Gb RAM and 1Gb video card for starters), I intend to make the switch to FSX and will be purchasing the J41 and other FSX products now I will have a rig that can run FSX properly!Lastly, I intended to send this message as a support ticket, but can't remember my login details and when I enter my e-mail address it says it has no record of that e-mail address (strange). Any help with this, also, would be appreciated. Since it's a new support system, do I need to register despite having made previous purchases?Regards,Matt Matthew Bellette
