I have a need to re-install my MD-11. All the documentation talks about an install key but I can't find anywhere that mentions the actual key. Can someone tell me where to find this key? Note: I have the proper receipt documents.Frank Bass

Hi Frank,Assuming you purchased a download copy, you should have the purchase ID in your email receipt. Use that and (i believe) your email and your password that you created when ordering the download and it should install just fine.Let us know if you need any more help.
