January 8, 201115 yr I have the demo installed. I have a non-USB joystick. The demo recognizes my CH Flightstick Pro non-USB joystick. I have the pitch, roll, throttle, gear, and flaps working in the demo with no problems. I can fly OK in the demo. I have not tried setting up the hat switch yet. It even saves my settings when I return. The manual says that the full up version needs a USB joystick. My question is can I run the full up Version 9 with my non-USB joystick like I can in the demo? I have tried getting registered on the forum and they never have sent me any return e-mail setting up my login information. Thanks, regards, Bob.
January 8, 201115 yr Commercial Member If it works in the demo version, it will work in the full version. The demo version is just a demo until you put the DVD in the DVD drive on your computer, in which case, the time restriction is cancelled. That is the only difference (besides the scenery that comes with all the other DVD's.)

If that's true they are loosing a lot of customers with non-USB joysticks due to their statements that a USB joystick is required. Regards, Bob.
January 8, 201115 yr Commercial Member I think it's just normal that joysticks are now USB. I haven't seen an analogue joystick in years
