Usually a antivirus keep a backup of the removed files in a quarantine store by default.(they are quarantined :) )Unless you ask for delete immediately the viruses files found .. you are able to restore them from the quarantine folderAnd for the future you must be able to use a exclusion option for deny particulars files or folders to be scanned.At least all those options are available in good manufactured antiviruses softwares :)Regards.Gus.
