Hi guys, I'm just curious to know if there is any way to change the default brown transponder color of the great Hethrington's TCAS to turn it into grey color for boeing's grey cockpits, I've heard of a grey mask that can be done with a real picture of the transponder, then make an edit with photoshop, and create an XML gauge to make that grey mask to cover the original brown color of the transponder.Can someone very experienced explain how can I create this? or tell me if there is any other way to achieve what I want.Thanks!Tony

Thanks for your help, nice software, but I keep getting this Run Time error 75 - Path/File Access Error, even after installing Visual Basic SP3, I can not extract the bitmap because of this, any help??

Hi,Don't know.The only thing i can say is: download and install all runtimes from flightsim.com's "Must Have Files".also a file called: VB5RT.ZIP, have a google.. The program works perfect for me.Hope it helps,Jan

Hi, I too cannot get this to work on Win7 64 bit. I just use ResEdit ( Resource Editor ) to find and modify the resource. (.bmp ) Donot use gaubmp hardly any more since XML came around, but it would be nice to have that GUI working again -- just easier.Roman

I cannot make this to work on Windows XP 32 bit, I tried everything, I installed all the "must have files" from flightsim, and I keep getting this runtime error, I'll try with ResEdit to see what happens.Tony

TCAS!IVSI is the grey one.Of the others TCAS!IVSI2, TCAS!IVSI3 one is brown, the other I can't remember. Your cfg file should have written TCAS!IVSI if you want the grey instrument casing. Read the manuel it's all in there. You will see that my transponder on the left is of the right colour. I have added "luminous" to the xml file so that I can read it at night!vololiberista

Nice stuff!Small secret, see the color differences in tcas, transponder and mfd.You could use other colors or a transparant rectangle in front of the mfd to match the colors of your panel and also you could try to make your own tcas and transponder in xml with the right colors and keep the originals hidden after activation (make a small window, open it, activate and close).......Jan
