If you navigate using VOR on the autopilot you will be using the default VORs.If you use the FMS to navigate all the FS9 VOR/NDBs will be in the nav database of the ATR, as will most of the intersections. Depending where you fly the only difference will be that some FS9 intersections will not be in the ATR database, and some ATR intersections will not be in FS9. This happens with any addon aircraft where you update te airac.Peter
