For some reason PMDG does not now recognize my email address and yet I have bought products with it.Also,my PMDG 747 400/800 for FSX are blanking out the CRT's don't know if some MS update has caused this or not.Any ideas?RegardsRon

AFAIK you need to enter the mail adress that is currently linked to your PMDG shop account, not necessarily the one that you used to purchase any product. Make sure the installer can connect to the internet. Have you opened a ticket with support at www.precisionmanuals.com ?
