February 1, 201115 yr Hello,I first want to thank you for such a great product. I have enjoyed it very much during my last flights as it really makes things much more realistic. I have one question I'd like to ask in relation to the logic the program uses determine the 10000fts altitude over the airport. I mostly fly from an to Quito airport in Ecuador which has an elevation of 9228fts. I've noticed things like, for example, cabin announcements are made on short final while crossing 10000fts, and that the F/O announces '10000" at that point. In Quito, the 10000fts crossing altitude wold be given at FL190. I was wondering if there is something that could be done to fix this issue. Thank you!Jorge

February 2, 201115 yr Hi Bryan,I've not flown into any airports with that sort of elevation yet with the iFly yet thankfully, but maybe a solution to this problem could be to add a "FL100 checks" call that you can say to the FO? After departure, after the 'Transition Altitude' call, maybe "FL100 Checks" could replace it in the right hand window. For descent, it could perhaps appear again in the right hand box after you call for the descent checklist, followed by the "Transition Level" call.Regards,James

The only problem I see is that some airports have transition levels below FL100 while others don't, and that could affect the order of the calls.Perhaps Fs2crew could calculate the FL100 point based on the pressurization panel input related to landing altitude. I'm not sure if that is possible though..Jorge
