Has anyone registered with the Lago forums?

Recommended Posts

Since I have the Lago FSSoundScapes program, I thought I'd go visit their Lago forum (English version). Of course to be able to post or respond to anything you need to register -- which I did. (BTW, their registration "contract" is in Italian!!!)Lago never sent me a password to use and there was no option to choose your own password when you registered. I then opened my Profile and clicked on the "forget your password" link. I got a message that my password has been sent to my e-mail address. That was over two hours ago...... how is one supposed to get a password?? Anyone have any ideas.I had e-mailed Lago before with a problem I had with FSSS and never got a response from them about that either.-Lindy :-wave

I have, some time ago. There have been problems with their registration process in August, and since August is the month that Italy is 'closed' (all go on holiday in the same month, believe it or not :-eek !) there has not been much support.I will drop Mathijs a note.. he's been very helpfull to all customers and I am sure will be able to help you too, Lindy.Francois :-outta Francois :-wave

"At home in the wild"[link:avsim.com/alaska/alaska_052.htm|Don's Alaskan Bush Charters]"Beavers Lead the Way"[link:www.avsim.com/vfr_center/mainpages/vfr_flights_main_page.htm]VFR Flight Center]"Looking Good Outside"

http://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gifhttp://www.fssupport.com/images/moose2.gif

________________________Francois A. It is also the reason I am doing so much support here on Avsim. >I had e-mailed Lago before with a problem I had with FSSS >and never got a response from them about that either. And that is even worse. You seem to be running into the bad site of LAGO:-) Can you send the email your written to Daniel@lagoonline.com (he is in charge of that part of the operation) so he can find out why you never got an answer?Mathijs KokLAGO

The simple answer is - yes - but it took several weeks. After a couple of e-mails I did receive a password, so keep at it and soon I'm sure you'll get yours as well !
