I have downloaded all applicable service packs and everything has been updated accordingly. When I go to the 737 Configuration page no Fs2Crew Button is available to check...the aircraft works just fine. Any ideas?

You're 100 positive you're looking at the IFly Config Manager?If you have the latest version, it should be there.
