February 28, 201115 yr I downloaded woaswav2 and I got this error. "Unhandled exception has occurred". I have downloaded several AI in the past, from AVSIM but this one is the only one like this. Is there anyone who has had this problem if you could please tell me what to do to resolve this issue I would greatly appreciate. I am going to try and attach the print screen.
February 28, 201115 yr Assuming you get this message when running the WoAI installer?What OS are you using?Have you ever manually added liveries to WoAI aircraft folders?I have seen this error before after adding liveries to WoAI aircraft.It is caused by having added something to the aircraft.cfg like... [fltsim.xx] //Replace XX with the next available number FS ignores everything after //, however, the WoAI installer does not understand that comment and throws an Unhandled ExceptionUsually if you click to ignore it will complete the installation.This is one of several reasons I always do a manual install.regards,JoePS. March 1, 201115 yr Author Thanks guys . My OS is Vista. No I have never manually put WoAI in the folders, I just found out where the WoAI zips go after you use the installer. I will give it a try. :(
