Hi Jon,Please take a look at the panel.cfg file for the PMDG 747.Does it have FS2Crew entries on it?Did the FS2Crew installer automatically detect the location of FS9/FSX? It needs to or you have a registry problem.If using Vista/Win 7, you should also disable UAC (User Account Control). It can prevent other programs from writing to the Program Files folder.Best,

Hi Bryan,Thanks for getting back to me. Here's what I've got so far:1. I've checked the user account and that is off. I'm using Vista 64 btw. Also, fs2CREW is installed into the main FS9 folder and found it without my prompting it.2. . I've uninstalled and re-installed but again the same issue in fs9. Also tried fsx and the same problem. Both fs9 and fsx are installed on the same drive btw. 3. I didn't press cancel at any stage during installation on any attempt.4. One thing I did notice when re-installing it, but this may be nothing, is that during installation, at 100% percent, this text is viewable:Installing...File: C:\...\RestorePanelCfg_FSX.exe Now that it during the fs9 install, not fsx. Is that anything?5.
