We are working the issues Jon. Hang in there. Uploads were working fine. So, we'll see what is going on and get it taken care of.

I am still unable to upload the file. name is dof_100.zip and it contains a file called readme.txt. When I click the Add button and add the file the Start Upload button becomes invisible. Clicking the File Upload button results in a failure message.

OK I finally got there. However my poor small brain struggled. The instructions on the file upload page indicate you can upload files (plural). It also indicates that you need to click the start upload button. However in practice this disappears as soon as you select a file to upload. The file starts to upload automatically and the Save Zip (not sure I have the name right but it is the button below the panel for files and the add button) remains active. Clicking that before the upload finishes causes the error (even if it says 2100% you have to wait for the green tick to appear) Could it be made clearer that we can upload only one file and have that second button inactive until the upload is complete? Thanks

Wish I read this earlier I was indeed able to nail it down to that issue there, I redid the code slightly so the Send Zip File button only works after it uploads successfully. Hopefully this should end the issue.
