Ok, I'm now logged in (used my old sign in). I now can see a "patches & updates" button but again this leads to an empty page. I have tried fairly new direct links from other pages to different updates, but all are dead (URL not found error)! So where can I find the patches? In particular I would like to download the SP for my Bonanza F33 and I think there is also a patch available for my C205?Thanks, Wolfgang

I have the same issue. The screen you have posted is your list of orders, not the updates page.The Bonanza is not correct and I need the patch, and the Skywagon flies somewhat worse than a pig. So that needs patching.I am totally unimpressed with a) Carenado releasing flakey stuff, and :( Carenado not fixing stuff later some of the time.I am impressed with much of the quality of their products, as everyone else seems to be. They seem to lack that last 10% to make their stuff truly great.Rant over.

Sorry, but that's where you get the latest and updated versions of the products. If a patch is available, you get it on the next page. And you could perhaps vent your frustration in another thread as your rant has nothing to do with the OP's request.

Hi Jean-Paul,I only have purchased the C185F directly from Carenado. The listing of this plane looks exactly as per your screenshot. However there is no orange "Up. Avail." as displayed in the line of your C340, although there always was an update for the C185F on the old website. There is also no "Up. Avail" beside your F33 although there is one available as far as I knowBesides I also have purchased the C185Q, the C205 and the Bonanza F33, but not directly through Carenado but from FSS. I think I have to contact Carenado support directly to ask where I can get the updates for these planes. Bonne nuit, Wolfgang

I was editing my incomplete post while you were replying... Apparently, for "older" products, they only kept the full (but latest) installers. I guess that you can get these thru your account page at FSS as well.

I sent an email regarding this issue to Carenado yesterday they quickly responded and said it will be updated in a couple days. Don't hold your breath. I hope I'm not ventingflya150
