Then save the flight. When you retrieve it, you will be "in the air". And you could even pause the simulation before saving if you wished. Is this what you are asking about?Bruce.Edit- note that I am referring to the more simplistic FSX stock aircraft. Some of the more complex aircraft don't retrieve aircraft systems as easily when you load the saved file- although a few have a "panel state" save feature. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
March 24, 201115 yr Just do a standard flight, Kyle, and when you're in the position you would like as a starting position - simply press the semi-colon ( ; ). This will pop into the "save as'" screen, you then enter the name of the flight (any name you wish, like Cessna 172 over Seattle) and then ok it and you're done. You can save this a the default flight, too, if you wish, but I would advise a novice not to do this until you become familiar with what impact the default flight has when using other aircraft.Just load the new flight from Free Flight, and you will find yourself in the air. i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
