April 3, 201115 yr Hello CaptainsI would like to ask a short question. Is there a flight planning tool which using the up to date nat tracks?ThanksLaszlo Laszlo Meszaros
April 3, 201115 yr Hi I use http://www.vroute.net/ it's up to date.Alaa Riad Alaa A. RiadJust love to fly............... W11 64-bit, MSFS2020, Intel Core i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20 Ghz 6 Cores, 2 TR HD, 16.0 GB DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 MB GDDR5
April 3, 201115 yr Author Thanks for the inputs. I have vroute but i thought it uses previously stored routes therefore the nat tracks won't be the current ones. Laszlo Meszaros
April 3, 201115 yr The NATs on vroute are current. At least if you keep your AIRAC Cycle up to date. If an airway changes or whatever might affect the route so that's it's no longer a valid route vroute showes that. So if the NATs change you can't select the route anylonger. As an alternate programm i can come up with Aerosofts Flight Sim Commander9. But it's payware. If you would pay 40€ for a flight planning programm then you should have a look at the Flight Sim Commander. Here's the link: FSC9 Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!
April 3, 201115 yr No, they're not. Vroute is a database, not a generator. Because NATs change daily, there is no possibility for the stored FPs to be current. The reason why they're still in the system displayed as valid, is that Eurocontrol CFMU Validation tool (it's what Vroute uses to check the submitted routes) cannot state that a coordinate is valid or not - these are only geographic coordinates. Therefore, use RouteFinder (http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/) with "NATs: Enabled" and double check what is comes up with via Vroute/CFMU (http://www.eurofpl.eu/eurofpl/validation/) and http://www.blackswan.ch/nat/.
