I think I read it in one of *******'s posts, however I have been using the two together for as long as I can remember and haven't had any problem. You could always try it and if you have an issue just remove the 2 emb files from your root folder or eliminate the highmemfix entry in your FSX.cfg.Then again, if I rememember correctly the highmemfix entry is only supposed to work on 64bit systems to prevent the skeleton planes, however the tweak also eliminated that problem on my 32bit system, so who knows?Try the two and if it gives you a problem just eliminate one or the other and go about your flying.
