April 5, 201115 yr Got a new PC for FSX, when the FSX starts up I get a compatibility problem message about something in the FSX.The Windows Visual Basic will be used.I am new to FSX and the Windows 7 Home edition 64 bts.I installed the Sp 1 & 2 updates, in add/remove programme it states that I have FSX & SDK. I did a full install.Have not updated the SDK. Has this something to do with it?

When FSX exits, the Aero display resumes.DJ
April 5, 201115 yr To add to ubersu's comments, you may want to consider stopping it before starting FSX, especially if you need to switch back and forth between screens. Aero is a huge resource hog. VATSIM: P2 | I1
