April 12, 201115 yr Getting a server processor for gaming is retarded anyway you look at it. How much more overclock do you get from such great binned processors anyway? That X5690 needs 1.6V for 5GHz . And built to last much longer in a 24/7 100% usage but not with that overclock for sure. It's not like a regular CPU doesn't last long enough huh? or are you planing on bragging about your 3 generation old server processor in 10 years when it won't even run MS Office?And now with SB you can't overclock them at all, so...Ouch.
