Looks nice everything, except the RAM!You need lower timings, CL9 is too slow for FSX IMO...Does TWIN in the GTX 570 mean a double card/chip? CPU Cooler: You really don´t need water for this CPU, a good Noctua or Coolermaster does the job.

You need CL7 with 1600!! CL9 is way too high for such low freq RAM. Either go 1866-2133@CL9 or [email protected], you said already you are limited, so not much of a choice here.TWIN is MSI's double cooler. I thought about that card, settled with Zotac though. If water, go all the way, if not, the good air like Noctua DH14 or similar. Going all the way water is giving you ability to water the GPU too, lowering the noise of the whole system significantly. Even can use the HDD box to silent the disks completely. If you don't care about the noise or don't want to go extreme overclocking, don't go water...

If you're getting a Caviar Green, you'll need to do something about intellipark or it may wear out much faster than expected.1.- Download WDIdle3 http://support.wdc.com/product/downl...id=113〈=en2.- Copy to a MS-DOS bootable drive3.- Unplug all HDD except the Caviar Green(s)4.- Boot form the DOS drive and run:

wdidle3.exe /s300

that one doesn't disable it altogether, it sets the parking time to 5 minutes, but considering default is 8 seconds it should do.To completely disable it you cuçan try:

wdidle3 /D

or

wdidle3 /S0

Thx for the tips.Choice of CPU cooler is also limited to closed water coolers i.e. H50, H70 and CoolIt ECO A.L.C.

Mushkin Redline are 1600 mhz and timings 6-8-6-24, can really recommend them.Bjorn
