April 16, 201115 yr I am thinking of getting a notebook as a 2nd computer running ASA, fs Commander, Plan-G and such and wonder how I connect them. I know I will have to get WideFS and I have already got the full FSUIP 4.7. Do I just use a usb to usb?I do not use the internet with my FSX. Also what sort of notebook would be best for this sort of think, I mean would a i3, i5 be OK?.regardsRichard. April 16, 201115 yr I do this over the house wireless connection and it is great. My primary machine runs FSX and Topcat. My second laptop runs Flight Sim Commander, Radar Contact, ASE, Delta Virtuals ACARS and any other support programs I need (such as Approach Chart PDF's, documentation, etc). Works great and improves FSX's performance greatly. Jim Atkins
April 16, 201115 yr Some use Simconnect, some use WideFS, each should have installation instructions. Jay
