AMS Cancun 2011 scenery is outstanding...

Can I bother you for those updated textures to reduce the shimmering around the airport?
You know I cannot do that! However, if you have imagetool.exe, it is easy. Just copy imagetool.exe to the texture folder, then run the following from the command line:imagetool -batch -r -mip -dxt3 -e bmp *.bmpI used Martin Wright's convimx.exe program which does the same sort of thing but with a GUI.

I couldn't get imagetool to work but Martin Wright's convimx.exe seems to have done the job...THX again...

Sorry for the late reply here, but I concur that the scenery is excellent. As for the AFCAD, it appears that a simple one was provided (with a lot of repetitive gate assignments - such as gate A62 appearing multiple times!). Also, if you're editing the AFCAD file, the hold short point for runway 30L should be moved closer to the runway. As is, the AI traffic stops too short to call for takeoff clearance. Therefore, they just sit there idling til they disappear. Other than that, well worth the money spent! Cheers!George

Which one? Imagetool.exe is included in one of the FS2004 SDK files (can't recall which one). Convimx.exe is by Martin Wright (of DXTBMP fame):http://fly.to/mwgfx/Click on "Beta Programs" on the left side of the main screen. The file you want is "ConvImX" - click the yellow dot to download.
