Unfortunately, no. It must be run from the same PC as your FS.

Hi Grant,FS2Crew uses 'gauges' that are added to the host aircraft panel.cfg file.It's not a separate EXE that you can run off a separate computer.Benefit our of system is that FS2Crew loads automatically when you load the aircraft. You don't need to go through some cumbersome startup process.Cheers,
