If it is specifically about the 747, you should post it in the PMDG 747-400 Forum, or you can submit a support ticket at PMDG's website by clicking here. But post your issue here since you've created the thread anyway. Surely someone you'll be able to help you out. PS.: You also have to sign your full name in your posts as per forum rules.
