I've used the default key strokes (ALT-W-M)instead of attempting to program it in FSUIPC.

Hi,FSUIPC does not have any key assignments. You must un-assign the assignment in FS and then use FSUIPC to assign the key to your wishes. Do not duplicate a combination that is already being used in FS.

Jim,I may be wrong.....but in all the years I have been doing this I have always used FSUIPC for assignments, after totally deleting all in FS9. I had a problem w/ hardware and had to re-install all assignments. I had a key or button at one time that allowed me to look down on acrft from a distance (so as to view the red cross, acrft) to see were I am at the airport. Was very handy in very big airports w/ many taxi ways and I for the life of me cannot remember what I had done to achieve this....what I am asking is what FSUIPC assigment gives you this view. Thanx :( :(

Hi,It could be View ( create new top down window) Shift + ]That is what it may be called and the default key combination and you assigned it to another key combination.
