May 12, 201115 yr I've run into the circular computer page syndrome trying to order the 747 sim. I log in fine and go to check-out. I check the "I understand blah blah" button and then "continue". All it does is reload the page. I wasted an hour trying to find an email to communicate with customer service or some way around to just check out and pay for the damn thing, but . . . . .Anyway, would you be kind enough to notify customer service that I'm having problems?email: removed for securityThanksJD
May 12, 201115 yr First thing I'd do is delete your email address from your post so the spam bots can't pick up on it.For your actual problem, have you tried ctrl-F5 on the page you're having problems with? That seems to fix issues like this at times. As for contacting support, go to here: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx create an account, and then log-in and create a support ticket. Or hopefully someone from PMDG will see this thread anyways and they might have a better idea.
May 12, 201115 yr Commercial Member JD,We have had occasional issues with users running IE9 and the E-commerce site. Please clear your Browser cache data and log out of your account at PMDG and then try the purchase again, making certain you don't log in until the final page of the checkout (when required). If you continue to have troubles you may want to try an alternate browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome.
