May 23, 201115 yr HiTried a search but couldn't see anything that answers my question, I know someone will probably prove me wrong but anyway here goes. :()I've installed a third party airport for lflj CourChevel to give an accurate runway elevation etc, the issue is that the original lflj shows up on the map, it does not cause any visual issues as the runway now looks correct but I was wondering should I disable the FSX original scenery data for this airport and if so how do I do it.The reason I ask is that I have a sneaky suspicion that the original runway is somehow affecting certain airplanes when coming into land, I may be wrong but if I should disable the original it may prove it either way.Any help is appreciated. Many thanksMartin

Just make sure that the scenery for the new airport stays above the FSX default scenery in your scenery list which it must be as it is already showing when you run FSX. May 24, 201115 yr Author Thanks JohnYes the scenery does appear correctly but the map shows both airports which is wierd, never mind I thinks it's probably my flying that's the issue as I only have problems landing there with the A2A Spitfire, I think I may just not be setting up my approach well enough as it is a difficult airport to land at.Going to practice with trim, flaps and power adjustment to see where I need to be with the spit to bring it in properly, I think I may be stalling just before touch down and the plane just falls over to the left for some reason.Anyway, thanks for your reply.CheersMartin
