2D Panel View

Featured Replies

I just recently moved up from FS9 to FSX, I downloaded a very nice 747 panel with 16:9 ratio, but the view out of the cockpit is angled down about 30 to 45 degrees from the horizon. So, as I am sitting on the ramp, I can se down to the pavement and about 30 feet ahead, but no horizon, no real view of what is in front. I know "Control Q" will change it, but how can I do that permenantly? And is that done in the panel.cfg file? Thanks!Jim

try moving the view back all the way from the flight deck gauge panel, '-' minus key, maybe that will helpotherwise the add-on might be buggered up

Open the panel.cfg and look for a [Views] section..Should look like this: [VIEWS]VIEW_FORWARD_DIR=4.000, 0.000, 0.000Change the first number(4) until you get the view the way you want it...HTH Lou
