May 30, 201115 yr Commercial Member Hi Luke,Install SP1 from here for the Default 737 version:http://www.fs2crew.com/cart/pages/FS2Crew%3A-737-Voice-Commander-Updates.htmlIt removes the need for the registration code. You can just load the 737 and fly.As for not hearing anything, double check the manual and make sure you're not missing any steps.Best, B. May 31, 201115 yr Commercial Member Ohh i have sp1 Thats why dont get key and must i turn Hs button to onPs sorry for my bad english im from norwayHi,You need need to turn the HS button to on.Only do that if you want sound routed through your headset. If you want sound to come through your headset, you must select the Audio device associated with your headset on the FS2Crew Config Panel.Be sure to watch the videos...http://www.youtube.com/user/FS2CrewCheers, B. November 25, 201114 yr Commercial Member Was it working between now and last May when you posted last?If so, what did you recently change?Double check your audio settings please.Best, B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
November 25, 201114 yr Author yes it worked since yester day i just got an new headset. and also i did not change anything!
November 25, 201114 yr Commercial Member Well, I think the issue is with your new headset since it worked as of yesterday...Is it a USB headset? If so, did you select it on the Config Panel in the Audio Device section?I'll bet you that's the issue.Cheers, B. November 26, 201114 yr Commercial Member Hi,You're going to need to check your audio hardware settings in Windows. You might need to "play" with your settings. Maybe your new headset is not plugged into the right jack? And you need to double check that you selected the audio device on the FS2Crew Config Panel. However, we recommend that you get a USB headset... they're simpler and almost always hassle free when it comes to setup.Cheers, B.
